Frequent questions
What should I expect from my first session?
We will take 20 minutes to get to know each other, explain in depth how the sessions work and introduce you to the workspace and the materials available to you. We will do a creation exercise to start your process. We close with a moment to focus the mind.
Is it useful for patients with diagnoses?
Very useful! Whenever you receive a diagnosis in your health system, they will recommend that you carry out a therapeutic process. Art therapy is one of the most complementary accompaniments that notoriously changes the perception of our health.
Do you work with teenagers or children?
Yes, we do. For adolescents and children it is friendly being able to create and express what they think and feel without the pressure of the verbal language, which they are just developing. There is less pressure and judgment, which makes them feel comfortable, safe and loved.
Is this an inner path?
It is. The vision of health is seen as an exercise in self-knowledge to understand what is good for you and what you need to maintain. Thus, when something appears in your life, you will know how to identify what it represents for you and what your best resources are to face it.
